2.) To meet the requirements set forth by the Environmental Protection Agency or other government guidelines and  laws to minimize or eliminate potential fines and penalties.

 

3.) To hire qualified contractors who will respond quickly and work closely with the  EPA to satisfy needed remediation and who will charge reasonable rates for their services.

 

4.) To be a mediator when needed, between government and customer to reduce possible conflicts of personalities that can be caused by anxiety in a stressful situation.

 

5.) To continuously consult with contractor regarding most cost-effective means to comply with regulations.

 

6.) To be employed in a fiduciary capacity for all parties to speed invoicing and payments to satisfy all vendors involved.

 

7.) To give our customer a detailed corrective action plan at end of project with EPA and other governmental agencies involved signatures indicating that project has been completed to their satisfaction.
